Day 1 : Introduction
For the next 31 days I am joining the Write 31 Days Challenge and sharing on the topic of rest - rest for your body, mind, soul, home and family. I'll be sharing some of my own thoughts on the topic as well as helpful tools and inspiring quotes from others. For the sake of full disclosure I will say you may not find anything remarkably original here. After all, rest is certainly an age-old concept. But I hope that taking on this challenge will cause me to pause each day and intentionally pursue a little rest and replenishment. Hopefully it will inspire you to rest a little as well.
